About Alyce
Alyce is a Usui Reiki Master who has been practicing Reiki for over 4 years. Her work is focused on empowering all people to be active participants in their own wellbeing as Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Alyce is also a Meditation Teacher and loves creating and facilitating group wellness meditations that uses visual and creativity to teach self-care, positive self-image and promote self-worth and esteem.
